The key element of model is the shaping concept which is an updating of the traditional bi-dimensional thermoforming foam procedure. The characteristic anatomic shape is an enhancement of the original ergonomic fitting featuring an excellent protection with a perfect fit and saddle stability.

The model is sourced with ECO Breeze-Tex which is a certified system of recycled polyamide yarns coming 100% from pre-consumer first working refuse (industrial wastes of polyamide and polymer chips processed into a new production session). The revolutionary NILIT® Breeze yarn grants an ultra-soft hand and a cooling effect maintaining a comfortable body temperature during and after physical performance even with rising temperature conditions. The skin temperature is lowered of 1°C.

The protective recycled EPF-Eco Performance Foam is not visible since it is developed on the underneath side of the pad and grants excellent breathability, enhanced lightweight and maximum flexibility. The inserts HCT–High Cushioning Technology (under the ischiatic bones) and SAT-Shock Absorption Technology (in the perineal area) ensure maximum protection.

After a series of developments and improvements through inputs and rigorous testings by dedicated professional riders all over the globe and severe lab test protocols, this “premium” product, ZENITH 3X GOLD SAT, featuring a superior aerodynamic fit and hi-performance technology has been engineered for experienced riders demanding only the best for long distance in all extreme conditions. Comfort and elasticity are granted by the finest fabric with excellent transpiration, quick-drying and moisture expulsion qualities. High density foams, shaped thru 3X-Technology, and SAT inserts, the exclusive Shock Absorption Technology by La Fonte, ensure maximum protection.

LIBERTY SAT (WOMEN)

The Model is the combination of the most technically advanced foams, fabrics and technologies. It is the result of the collaboration of our R&D department with top professional female riders. The pad is equipped with high density open cell foam inserts (140kg/m3) placed in the key pressure points. Soft-Tech fabric, BlueSign® approved, on top is a 4-ways stretch fabric which adapts to the shorts material and to the movement of the cyclists and fits for maximum comfort and performance.

The brushed soft-touch fabric, grants an excellent breathability and a superb moisture transport ability. The foam is TRS2, the innovative perforated foam, with 3mm holes, that grants a better transpirability. This chamois is presented with L.S.A.T. which provides maximum protection and shock absorption dissipating over 80% of vibrations developed during the impact with the ground.
