This Energy Bar
is all about the clever 2:1-ratio between glucose and fructose. Glucose (also known as dextrose) is the most important source of fuel for the body. The ratio has to be just right. With normal nutrition you can convert a maximum of around 60 grams of sugar to energy per hour. With a 2:1-ratio between glucose and fructose the conversion rate can increase to 90 grams. Your body will have more energy available for exercise.
The Energy Bar consists of naturally based and fresh ingredients like fresh fruit. To offer a bar that is as nutrious as possible, Eurosport nutrition presses the bars at temperatures of up to 45 degrees Celsius. This helps preserve the natural vitamins and minerals.
The Energy Bar has a crunchy bite with a balanced flavour; not too subtle and not too strong. It is easy to eat, also during intensive excersise, thanks to our bespoke pressing process that slightly heats the mix of ingredients. The bar will melt in your mouth, so there will be no issues with swallowing.
