We cannot take responsibility for individual duties or local taxes. If in doubt, check with your local customs office for tax rates and import charges.

How do I proceed with an exchange or a return?

You can only return goods that are in absolutely new condition and that have all the labels and stickers on. You can find more information on exchanges and returns in our cancellation policy.

When will I get the refund?

Processing takes 2-3 days from the arrival of the returned goods. Please note that the reimbursement process can take another 2-3 days.

The item I want is out of stock. What now?

If an item of clothing is sold out, it is unlikely to be available again. Please send an e-mail to office@weridesports.com if you would like to receive clarification as to whether a certain product is offered again or whether it will continue to be offered.
